Order & Delivery Policy

We offer complimentary international shipping on all orders above USD 2.000,00. Kismet by Milka is not responsible for custom fees and taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to– these are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

All packages sent are insured. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment. Your order will be shipped to your address within 10 business days at the latest. Most items in stock ship within 1 to 3 business days, delivery time for out-of-stock items may vary depending on production time and item availability. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, you will be notified by a Kismet by Milka representative.

Please note that once an order has been placed,including cancellations you will have 2 hours to make any modifications to the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange your Kismet by Milka item within 14 days of delivery in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, tags and stickers attached to it. Please note that customers are responsible for the item until it is received at the Kismet by Milka offices.

We recommend that you send your return or exchange item to us by registered mail. We are not responsible if the item is lost on delivery.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Our team will inform you in detail about the process.

  • Custom orders are not eligible for refund/exchange.
  • Kismet by Milka will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of use or if it is altered from its original condition in any way.
  • Please note that we are not able to accept returns or exchanges when it comes to white gold or yellow gold since both are considered as custom orders by Kismet by Milka.
  • We also aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges for rings, since each ring is uniquely crafted according to your ring size.
  • Piercings delivered in closed and hygienic plastic bags are not accepted for returns or exchanges after the bag has been opened.
  • Discounted products are not accepted for returns or exchanges.
  • Please note that all products purchased in our stores cannot be returned.
