You may return or exchange your Kismet By Milka creation within 14 days of delivery in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, tags and stickers attached to it. Kismet By Milka will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of being worn, used, and/or altered from its original condition in any way. Unfortunately we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges when it comes to custom designs that are crafted in yellow gold or white gold upon special request. We also aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges for rings, since each ring is uniquely crafted according to your ring size.
